Weldon is a Deed Restricted Community and our By-laws and Community Guidelines require most exterior improvements to be approved by the HOA. These include all, but not limited to, architectural projects requiring a permit such as fences, decks, patios, and pergola to name just a few.
There is a $25 application processing fee. An invoice for this fee will be sent to your email once your request has been submitted.
The homeowner is responsible for obtaining any township or county permits, and calling 811.

All Architecture Review Request applications must include:
- Complete specifications or plans for the proposed improvement
- Description of materials to be used for proposed improvement
- Lot diagram or engineer's survey including a drawing of your proposed project is REQUIRED. You should find a diagram copy with closing paperwork.
NOTE: Only one attachment is allowed with the initial submission. Once submitted, please reopen the application and add any additional attachments.
